If you are a female model at least 5'8" tall, under 115lbs, and have hips no larger than 35", please submit your info below for consideration for a FREE fashion test shoot.

If you do not meet the above standards, but are still interested in fashion modeling, continue to submit your info and you may be eligable for discounted photo sessions and test shoots.
